Description:
Clevis Slip Hook have a removable latch and clevis pin.
The clevis pin allows it to be easily attached to chain or a spliced rope or wire eye.
The jaw design allows lines and chains to "slip" until the balance point is found.
Also excellent as a mooring hook. Has a safety latch to keep it from slipping off that mooring eye or having the line accidentally jump out.
To keep chain from slipping use one of our grab hooks.
